Log Files

Robeez Footwear uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, report web site traffic patterns and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information contained within our customer database. Robeez.com may also use this information in order to generate aggregate reports that help us determine how to improve our users' experience. This data is anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about a user’s preferences. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your language/country and currency preferences so you don't have to reselect each time you visit our site. We do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie.

Robeez protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Robeez.com digital certificate (which is required for SSL) is provided by Thawte, the industry standard for encryption. SSL technology encrypts data allowing only Robeez to decode your information and helps to create a secure environment for transactions on the internet.

You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. Robeez may administer surveys and contests.  Participation in these events is completely voluntary and the customer is in full control of whether or not to disclose his or her personal data.  Information requested may include both contact and demographic data.  This information is kept confidential and is used to notify winners as well as to improve the use and satisfaction of our web sites.
