Returns
The Robeez brand is your assurance of quality craftsmanship. You may return your Robeez purchase within 45 days from day of purchase.
Please follow the simple instructions located on the back of your Robeez.com order invoice. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact us prior to returning your item(s) by email or by calling us at 1-800-929-2649, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Robeez can only refund items originally purchased directly from Robeez.com or by phone.
Please note, Robeez cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Robeez label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Robeez brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.
Exchanges
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return Robeez merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for the replacement merchandise through Robeez.com. Please be assured, we will process your return immediately upon receipt, crediting your account as necessary.
